Neutral / Alkaline Sizing Agent |
This product is a sizing agent which combined by cationic copolymer material from the special process in an alkaline condition. Its outstanding feature is to simplify the sizing process. It gives the paper high water-resistance performance, significantly improves the paper technical index, replaces AKD sizing agent the commonly used dual retention System. Integrated cost is less than AKD sizing agent, it is widely applicable to writing paper, offset printing paper, liner board, corrugated paper, electrostatic photocopying paper, copperplate base paper, etc.

三、Performance characteristic
1,This product can give high water-resistance of paper, improve paper gloss and strength, yellow returned value is low, reduce the paper brittle, overcome the shortcoming of AKD sizing agent dual retention and adding the starch-made obstacles.
2, It can improve the paper printed performance, increase small fiber and fillers retention, reduce slurry consumption and costs.
3,It can simplify sizing process, improve runnability of paper machine, and will not have papermaking obstacles. Aging is faster than AKD sizing reaction.4,Neutral papermaking can reduce equipment corrosion and extend the equipment life
四、Use ways:
This product can use in wide PH value (6-9) scope, it applies to wood pulp, bamboo pulp, waste paper renewable pulp, wheat straw pulp, reed pulp, cotton pole pulp, etc.
The adding amount is generally 10-20kg, while using usually chooses to stuff box or mixed box accession adding at the metering pump.
Before using this product, acidic papermaking is the precondition. You should thoroughly clean the equipment and pipeline, if slurry material PH value is less than 6, it can add small amount of caustic or soda to adjust.

It is packaged by 200 kg, 1000kg plastic barrels.
