JHTF-07 paper and cardboard stiffness agent is a new kind of product of my company developing. The product has non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-volatile, two-ionic polymerization, complex structure and its unique network bridged factor, the maximum dispersion to fill fiber and chemical elements, stable medium, the fiber slurry forms a stable three-dimensional network structure, thus it increased the paper stiffness, smoothness, break-resistant, treatment performance, and effective absorption small fiber, reduce shedding hair, powder, increase the role of surface strength of paper.
二、Use effect
1, It can increase paper and cardboard stiffness 18-30%
2, It can increase cardboard ring compressive strength 20-30%
3, It can increase cardboard bursting 10-15%
4, It can increase paper and cardboard smoothness 15-20%
5,It effectively improve copy paper and cardboard-made environment, reduce the viscosity-cylinder, viscosity -roll and improve the surface strength of paper and cardboard.
6, It can reduce the using steam amount of dry part.
三、Usage (Applicable scope)
It can be used in cardboard box, corrugated paper, boxboard, cultural paper, depiction (painting) drawings, cup paper, map drawings, computer instrument record paper, high-grade paper napkin, a molding paper products and the need to improve the stiffness of paper .
四、Use ways:
1,Usage :3-8 kg / ton dry slurry
2, It directly add into pulp pond or pulp pool, it can be equipped with the necessary conditions and can be added for dilution 5-10 times. Other feeding material sequence doesn’t adjust and the agent can be added quite arbitrary at any time. After feeding fiber mixture 30 minutes ,the effect will be better.
五、Packaging, storage
It is packaged by 250kg and 1000kg plastic barrels and it can be packaged by the customers request.
Storage period: 6 months
